One extra step to open OptionV

macOS blocks apps from independent developers by default. This takes about 30 seconds to fix.

Clipboard Manager

Your clipboard, remembered.

OptionV Clipboard Manager keeps a history of the things you copy, so you can quickly find and reuse text, links, and other clipboard content without constantly copying the same thing again.

Fast

Find previously copied content without interrupting your workflow.

Always available

Keep useful clipboard items close at hand whenever you need them.

Private

Designed to keep your clipboard workflow local and under your control.

Built for macOS with a simple interface that stays out of your way.

Why does this happen? macOS Gatekeeper flags apps not distributed through the App Store or notarized by Apple. OptionV is safe — this is a one-time step.

Already downloaded? Follow these steps to open it.

1

Open System Settings from the Apple menu at the top-left of your screen.

2

Select Privacy & Security in the sidebar.

3

Scroll to the Security section — you'll see a message that OptionV was blocked.

4

Click "Open Anyway." macOS may ask for your password or Touch ID.

After clicking "Open Anyway," OptionV opens normally from that point — you won't see this prompt again.
